Notice 1. I understand that the training in Jungian analysis offered by OAJA will not, and cannot, automatically confer the legal right to practice as an analyst or psychotherapist. I hereby release OAJA from any responsibility to confer this right. I accept the personal and ethical responsibility to acquire the legal right to practice where such requirements exist. I also agree not to designate myself as a Jungian analyst until I have successfully completed the training program and have been accepted as a member of the International Association for Analytical Psychology.

Notice 2. Registration with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) is an individual responsibility of OAJA trainees and graduates. Registration requirements and registration examinations are set by CRPO. OAJA graduates will be suitably prepared and can meet the College’s initial qualifying requirements for specific milestones such as supervision hours, direct client hours, classroom hours, etc. CRPO has “recognized” the OAJA training program, which makes for a simplified registration. The OAJA Training Program has and may continue to make changes to our previously published training regulations and procedures, and graduation requirements.

Notice 3. It is understood that graduation from the OAJA Training Program does NOT entitle a graduate to practice psychotherapy in Ontario. The graduate must subsequently proceed on to satisfy the requirements of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario which alone certifies a person to practice as a psychotherapist in Ontario.

Notice 4. It is understood that graduation from the OAJA Training Program does NOT entitle a graduate to practice psychotherapy in any other Province or Country. It is my responsibility to ensure that I am legal–to–practice in the jurisdiction in which I work.

Notice 5. I accept that my suitability and potential to work as an analyst will be monitored throughout training. I recognize and understand that the training process is not predictable and that graduation, therefore, cannot be guaranteed.

Notice 6. I understand that the OAJA Analyst Training Program is registered in Ontario as a Private Career College.

I have read these Notices and the Condensed Training Regulations and agree to these terms if I am accepted as a candidate for training by OAJA.
